Thanks to the overwhelming responses from sponsors, we have only very few slots left for sponsorship and exhibits. Please contact us now if you want to take this rare opportunity to show off your organization to biopharmaceutical communities across the Pacific Ocean. We thank all sponsors for supporting BioPacific Conference 2011 and CABS.
Instructions for Sponsors:
• Vendor show setup will start at 8:00 am, unless you have been instructed by the Fundraising Committee to set up after 10:00 am. The exhibit hours are from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please consult the conference program page for the conference break periods.
• Each sponsor will be assigned a 6-foot table upon arrival, and most tables will have the wall behind the table for hanging promotion materials such as a banner or poster. Be sure to use non-sticky painters tape.
• Parking is free at the hotel.
• If you have not paid the sponsorship, please do so online now by clicking on the Registration button on the right. At the payment page, enter the number of ticket (typically 1) in the filed next to the sponsorship type.
• Each sponsor will be provided a minimum of 2 lunch tickets, depending on the level of sponsorship (2 for all sponsors up to the Gold level; 5 for Platinum; 10 for Diamond). If not already, please provide the names of your attending representatives to fundraising@cabsweb.org. If your company has additional attendees, they will have to register online.
• Make sure you print out the online payment confirmation page or confirmation email and bring to the conference registration desk.
